CCCクリーナー更新 2008/05/08

こんにちは、五十嵐智です。「サイバー･クリーン･センター」(CCC)をご存知でしょうか。

サイバー･クリーン･センターは総務省と経済産業省の共同プロジェクトで、JPCERT/CCなどが協力しています。「ボット」と呼ばれるウィルスの撲滅を目指すプロジェクトで、「ボット」ウィルスに関する情報を提供し、それを駆除するツールを提供しています。

「ボット」は一般のウィルスとは異なり、外部からの指令を受けて、自己を改変したり、こっそりスパムメールを送ったりします。一台一台のボットはそのPCへの影響をほとんど与えませんが、それが大量に用意されることで、インターネットで大量の迷惑メールの発信元になっていたりします。あなたもいつのまにか加害者になっている可能性があるのです。

サイバー･クリーン･センターでは、毎週水曜日頃に、その「ボット」を駆除するための「CCCクリーナー」を提供しています。CCCクリーナーはパターンファイルのアップデート形式ではありませんので、都度、最新版をダウンロードして実行する必要があります。実行手順は以下のURLからご覧ください。

今週は、ゴールデンウィークの影響でしょうか、木曜日(2008/05/08)に更新されました。現在のバージョンは以下の通りです。

・ファイルサイズ：10.1Mbyte
・CCCパターンVer：261
・Update：2008/05/08 17:13

現在のところWindowsのみ対応しています。残念ながら、Apple 社の Mac には対応していません。

「ボット｣は一般のウィルス対策ソフトでは見つけにくいといわれています。「CCCクリーナー」をダウンロードし、実行してください。

一人一人の対策で、インターネットの環境が改善されていきます。是非とも「ボット」の撲滅にご協力ください。

DOS プログラムじゃないしサイズも小さくしたいということでもなさそうなのになんで、ccc.com と COM 形式なんですかねぇ...別に問題があるわけではないのですが、その昔（DOS の頃は当然ですが、そうではなく、Windows 2000が主流の頃）怪しげなファイルに COM が多かったので心理的抵抗が。

自己解凍自動実行型圧縮ファイルですね。
使ってるソフトの仕様なんじゃないですか？
どうでもいいことなので、気にしたことがありませんでした。

.com だと心理的抵抗があるんですかー。
怪しげなファイルに .com が多かったというのも知りませんでした。
