NTFS 圧縮ファイルが壊れます
- NTFS圧縮ファイルが破損の恐れ、8月の月例パッチに不具合 (2006/09/14 ITmedia エンタープライズ)
- [925308] ファイルを作成する、またはファイルを更新するとき、圧縮 4 KB より大きいファイルが壊れてある可能性があります。 (2006/09/15 Microsoft サポートオンライン)
NTFS を使っていて，かつ圧縮を有効にしている場合，4Kバイト以上のファイルを作成すると壊れる可能性があるそうです．
8 月のパッチからというとその後に採ったバックアップファイルは．．．別なドライブにバックアップしていても壊れている可能性があるということです．これは個人的にも思いっきり影響アリ．やばいです．なんてったって，NTFS のドライブは全部圧縮を有効にしてますので．バックアップファイルを作る NTFS ドライブは圧縮させない方がよいという教訓でしょうか．
早めにパッチが提供されることを期待しています．

本件は Windows 2000 が対象でした．言葉が足らずに申し訳ございませんでした．なお，マイクロソフト社から修正されたパッチがリリースされていますので，Windows 2000 をご使用の方は早めに適用することをお勧めいたします．
